Been on the phone over 40 minutes waiting and still no answer trying to make a first time appointment.

If you'd like to hear more details around how the practice is trying to address patient access issues please email Practice.enquiries@nhs.net stating NHS COMMENTS in the subject and paste your original comments in the body of the email. One of our new Practice Managers will reply direct.
