(as a parent/guardian),

Called in as my little boy had fallen off his Skate Board and we were worried he had broken his elbow.   Everyone we encountered from the lady on the intercom to the Nurse was absolutely lovely with him and really helped to calm him down.   They couldn't have been any more helpful.   I was worried it might be difficult to be seen with the pandemic but there wasn't a problem at all.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write something on care opinion. We are so glad that you received a good service in the minor injuries unit in Arbroath. We have adapted our practices to ensure patient safety during the pandemic but are very much continuing to see patients daily, so I’m glad you have been reassured by this.

I have shared your comments with staff so thank you for sharing your story with us, as it really helps to know what we did well and how we can improve.

I hope your sons elbow is improving and he gets back on his skateboard soon.
