About: Harborne Medical Practice

I’m new to the surgery- the receptionist was very rude when I was told by the midwife to book for my whooping cough vaccine at reception - a lot of rolling of the eyes and then being extremely abrupt when I told her the next day would be too short notice due to work commitments. Also registered husband to the same practice but he has not been put on the books... yet I have?! a lot of giggling and chatting behind the counter but if more was done to answer phones and complete tasks it would be great as I’m always on hold for about 45 minutes. Additionally upon entering the surgery sanitiser had run out - got dismissed by rude receptionist when asked for more - as a new patient and as a expecting mother experiencing my first pregnancy this practice doesn’t fill me with much confidence.
