"Huntsman 5 Fantastic "

About: Northern General Hospital

My dad was admitted in March with liver and kidney failure, from the start the staff have been fantastic with my dad and the support for us as a family we couldn’t have asked for better .

This morning my dad passed away with me and my mum holding his hand as he took his last breath .

The staff left us alone to spend some time with him .

The staff on this ward are fantastic and you should be very proud of every single one of them .

I hope you can pass this onto huntsman 5 so they know how great full we really are for the kindness and professionalism they showed to us all throughout.

I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. Please accept our sincere condolences to you, your mother and your father's family and friends.
