non medical staff are abrupt, rude and incompetent. Ask to see a GP they take a load of questions then say the Nurse will call you as no GP appointments available. Getting an appointment shouldn't be this difficult.
There's not been a website for months.
The ever changing roster of part time GPs means you won't see the same GP twice unless you are lucky.
