"My dear Dad"

(as a relative),

My Dad had a heart attack last year but his heart became progressively weaker from the beginning of 2021. The nurses that gave Dad care whilst he was at home were amazing (couldn't have done more) and also the nurses and doctors whilst he spent his final week or so in North Devon District Hospital were the most caring and attentive I have ever come across. My family has not really had the need to rely on the NHS until now but they were all amazing. They cared for my Dad as if he were their own

Dear JamesR

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for your loss. It is lovely to hear you describe the staff caring for your Dad 'as if he was their own' and I am glad that you and your family have found the NHS supportive in your time of need, this is what we would wish for.
