"Colposcopy"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Recently attended a colposcopy at Boston Pilgrim Hospital. All the staff I encountered were lovely. So kind and caring. They talked me through everything that was happening and why it was being done. Certainly put me at ease, especially with some general chit chat whilst the procedure was being done. I was constantly being asked if I was ok-I honestly really can not thank the team enough for such a pleasant experience whilst in a very vulnerable position (quite literally)

Dear ahwhi

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the gynaecology outpatient department at Pilgrim Hospital. As a team we are committed to ensuring we always deliver the highest standard of care, attending to each individuals needs. We understand how worrying it can be for women to attend our colposcopy department and it was lovely to hear we made a difficult experience more bearable for you. I will ensure your kind words are shared with the team. May I wish you well.

Take care

Tracy
