Really disappointed with the surgery and staff on 3 occasions called first thing to try get appointment for my daughter who is really suffering with arthritis and mental health problems but on all three occasions couldn’t get a appointment and the staff were so unhelpful I know times are tough but just a little help would have been appreciated
