I went to A&E with a suspect blood clot in my leg following surgery. I want to say ‘thank you’ to every member of staff that I met over my few hours there. I was really treated like a person not a number and with warmth throughout. I was also just observing as I was waiting and the human kindness came through to all patients. You have a good team and clearly don’t have an easy job. Keep up the good work 😊
