"Lack of support for the housebound"

I have had 1st needle  at st dunstans    and recieved message to go to Whistons Health Centre  for 2nd  I can only get to local    places I am told st dunstans have stopped doing it  I have mobility problems and very agitated in a car or taxi  there should be a arrangement for disabled people to have a home visit to get the needle I have a very bad hip wich has dislocated 5 times in last year I am fearful of it dislocating whist I am out in taxi I only have to move wrong way and its come out also have a bad knee    on opposite leg please help me thank you
