About: North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust

I damaged my little toe and phoned 111 on the advice of my doctors surgery. Within less than an hour I attended a prearranged appointment at urgent care at North Tees. I was seen within 5 minutes by a most pleasant and professional nurse practitioner, went for an x Ray, revisited the nurse practitioner who prescribed some medication.

The whole visit was less than 30 minutes!

Just amazing, professional, pleasant and caring service throughout.

So very well done......and Thank You a lot!
