(as the patient),

All of the staff at Dunfermline East Church were so friendly and helpful. I mentioned that I have a fear of needles and am prone to fainting because of this and they were so reassuring. They stayed with me the whole time, having lovely chats and distracting me while getting the vaccine. Each member of staff was so nice and warm towards me, making me feel very comfortable. They all made the experience so easy, I really appreciated everything they did. Thank you!
