The Entire Covid vaccine role out at this GP is a joke,

the Reception team have been give no info to deal with queries ,

I need to have my second jab in 3 weeks and when i ask for when my appointment will be they can not tell me, actual quote was "We don't know what we are doing with second jabs yet".

How is this possible not hard to add on 12 weeks to the first vaccine date to then has a list of people to book by date, No leadership and the fact you can actually use the NHS link to make a complaint on the website is worrying.

We are sorry to learn of the issues you have faced when enquiring about your 2nd vaccination.

The Covid vaccine roll out requires a lot of planning and we are unable to set up clinics until we are aware of vaccine delivery dates, which we have been receiving a week before the delivery. We deliver the vaccines along with our Primary Care Network (a group of 8 Practices across Peterborough)

We have started second doses and you will be contacted when you are due your second dose. This information is on our website.

Our staff have been kept informed and we will address the comment made in the call you had.

As you have remained anonymous I am unable to give you specific information relating to your 2nd vaccine but can assure you we will be in touch when you are due.

In regards to our complaints section of the website, it gives detailed information of who to contact at the Practice as well as further links to the NHS site for more information.

If you would like to discuss this further please call the surgery to speak with the Practice Manager.
