"Poorly managed, no continuity of care and…"

These issues existed prior to COVID but it seems the surgery is really hiding behind the fact that COVID is affecting their operations.

The following issues exist:

- no continuity of care, I speak to a different doctor every time

- no routine appointments

- referral letters for toddlers and pregnancy related take 2 weeks to be written! Excuses given are things like bank holidays

- phone lines engaged and if you call after 11am there are no appointments
