"Atrocious reception staff"

You are unlikely to ever be given an appointment with the doctor - oh unless you manage the task of convincing the reception staff (who think they are medical professionals) that you are worthy of being given a slot. I’ve been going here for over 10yrs and I can tell you it’s appalling behaviour of the staff. The local residents use this surgery not through choice but convenience and must suffer the rude staff. It’s also incredibly disappointing that the doctors who are of mild and nice temperament do not do anything to take this feedback on board. The reception staff are rude, dismissive and incredibly unprofessional.
