I was finally referred to the walk in centre after three months of being fobbed off by my GP with an eye infection. Once I arrived I couldn't have been treated better. I was seen that day and was diagnosed with severe conjunctivitis and prescribed antibiotics immediately. Everyone at the centre was extremely courteous and helpful especially the nurse who treated me and explained everything to me. What a change to be treated as a human being and not a number. This walk in centre is the best NHS facility I've ever been to. Thank you for all your hard work.
