"Outstanding care"

(as a relative),

We have sadly just lost our dad after a very short illness. We were referred to Macmillan and Cherry came to see my dad. She was incredible from the start, just so kind and patient with dad. Everything got bad very quickly and Cherry literally sorted everything we wanted for nothing. Within an hour we had carers, equipment, therapy team, and hospice at home support.

She was reassuring, professional, responsive and it is clear she is an exceptional nurse.

When dad died she came around to see us and it meant to world to us.

We will never be able to thank Cherry enough for all she did for our family.

I'm so sorry to hear about the sad loss of your dad, please accept my sincere condolences.

Its great to hear your experiences of the community teams, in particular the care and support Cherry gave to your dad and the rest of your family was outstanding. Its our aim to support our patents and their families in very difficult circumstances and I am so pleased this was your experience. I will make sure your lovely comments are passed onto Cherry and the teams involved in your dads care.
