"Inadequate inexperienced uncaring"

First experience with S2W after being referred by mental health team and GP.

Phone assessment conducted by someone in training clearly inexperienced with my issues raised.

After conducting a very limited questionnaire that didn't cover half the problems they had to hang up and contact their supervisor while I was in a suicidal state, and even they admitted they were concerned for my safety.

Called back half an hour later to be told it was too late in the day at 4:45pm for their supervisor to be bothered with it and they would come back with a response two days later and told to "keep myself safe until then"

Find out tomorrow what the outcome is but not holding my breath and only expect another automated sounding apology to this review.

Shocking service making things worse for people already at their lowest, 20+ years of anxiety, depression and PTSD has taught me the NHS hasn't got a clue how to handle mental illness.
