I tried to register with this surgery on 16th February. Having completed the forms on their website I visited the surgery to hand them in. I was told I had filled the wrong forms and to email the surgery for the correct forms. 2 weeks later they responded to my email with the forms - why are these available on their website like other surgeries? I swiftly returned them but despite multiple attempts (6 emails and 10+ phone calls, none of which were answered after waiting over 30 minutes each time) I register with an alternative practice. I received communication from this surgery 9 weeks after my original contact. Very disappointing poor communication. As per other reviews, looks like it’s for the best I’ve registered elsewhere.
