"Careful, thorough and friendly"

I arrived at 8.05 am and was seen by the Nurse within 15 minutes. He listened carefully to me and explained what was wrong (Conjunctivitis), the treatment and told me how long the treatment should take to work and things to look out for such as areas which become hot. His manner was excellent.
