Experiencing flare of serious condition following vaccine.
Failure to request all blood tests needed.
Wasted time doing extra tests delays specialist referrral.
Problems accessing results online/via practice due to appointment system (despite receiving texts to call the practice)
Lack of appointments on the day.

I am really sorry to read this post. Unfortunately, as you have remained anonymous I cannot look further into these issues. If you would care to contact the Practice Manager we can investigate your claim and be given the opportunity to address.
