"Audiology--The Hearing Centre-- Professional staff"

About: Croydon University Hospital

Following my referral to the Audiology Department (CUH) by my GP, I received a phone call from an Audiologist who asked me very relevant questions and advised me what to do,and told me that he will send me some information by post. I received the leaflet which was very useful. I also received the Appointment letter from the Hearing Centre for initial assessment.

On the due date I was assessed, discussed and given relevant information by the specialist audiologist. I was advised that I shall hear from the E N T in due course.

Whilst I wait to hear from E N T, I would like to express my gratitude and sincere thanks to staff at the Hearing Centre for their professionalism and care I received from them.
