1.After having warts for around 14 years and having tried numerous treatments unsuccessfully, the practice did not dismiss the issue. A treatment(an ointment) was prescribed and within months the warts had gone, with no signs of
returning. 2. Having been identified with "word blindness"/ dyslexia when I was 5, I have never felt the need to have an official diagnosis. Then my employer (sixty years after this) insisted I visited my doctor to have this recognised. Even though such diagnosis is not within the GP's scope, they were very supportive and were able to add "word blindness" to my medical records. This my employer had to accept this. 3. I have sometimes had to wait for my appointment with a doctor but this is with the knowledge that the doctors are giving the time that the patients need. 4. The handling of the Covid inoculations has been superbly handled - quick, efficient, relaxed. 5. All the staff at this practice are welcoming and understanding, and you never feel that your concerns are going to be dismissed and that you will not be treated to the best of their ability.
