They allow only to book appointments by phone (no online system) and you have to call at 8 in the morning on the same day. . I had be on the phone on hold for more than 50 mins to get to the receptionist. Finally when you get to the receptionist, they can't give you a time slot for the GP to call and instead ask you to wait by the phone the whole day. I missed the GP call for my previous booking because I was in the shower when the call came. The receptionist was not happy with this and refused to book the appointment again unless I confirm that I will be by the phone whole day. She kept on saying we can't keep on booking appointments for you if you miss them (it was just one I missed). When I asked what if I need to take a shower, her answer was do not take a shower. This is so unreasonable. They should have a better system. This makes patients so stressed and not want to get checked by the GP.
