About: Bridgeway Practice

I have been with the surgery for many years, and have seen a lot of changes during that time and a lot of people move on. I think it is a lovely little practice, with reception staff that go out of their way to help you and Doctors & Nurses who really seem to care about you. I have never had any cause to complain. I have not always been happy with some advise I have been given, but have always found out in the end that this was the best advise and it just goes to show that the Doctors really do know what they are doing. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Firstly, I must apologise for the delay in responded to your comment. During the Covid Pandemic, it has been extremely busy in practice, and as with the majority of healthcare providers, we have been offering our help for various vaccination clinics.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on NHS Choices. As a practice we welcome feedback from patients, either good or bad. It allows us to improve on any areas of patient care that may need improving.

However, it is always nice to receive positive feedback, especially for our reception staff who always bear the brunt of patient frustrations and abuse. I am pleased to hear that we have been able to provide you with the good care that we pride ourselves on. We take patient health & Safety as utmost importance in our surgery.

Thank you once again for leaving lovely feedback. I shall ensure that all staff are aware of your kind words.
