I went for a MRI scan on a Saturday. Upon arrival the receptionist was a lovely friendly lady. The radiologist was also kind and put me at ease. We had a good laugh at the end. She said no one had ever kept so still as I did, not even a finger moved. A well deserved giggle in these times. You have an amazing girl there. The only negative thing would be that you have to remove fentanyl patches under the mri. I’m not sure if that is the same for other patches, such as morphine or birth control patches. The information should be given in the letter so patients can carry new ones with them to apply afterwards. I’m am lucky as I have morphine liquid to take when I need it, so I had it to push me on until I got home. Apart from that it was a pleasant visit. The hospital was lovely and clean which was reassuring especially in these times.
Thankyou for taking care of us I for one appreciate everything that you do.
