"IUD removal"

From the start, the reception staff at the Sir Robert Peel sexual health clinic were super helpful, friendly and polite. They were also very knowledgeable and helped me with any queries I had, I have received more information from the receptionist staff and nurses at this clinic over the phone than I have ever received from any gp before. I was booked in for an appointment to suit me which is always an added bonus. On arrival to the clinic, the ladies were efficient and informative as well as very polite and friendly. 

For my appointment I was greeted by Holly who was really lovely and reassuring. Holly was assisting Nurse Cathy for my appointment. Cathy was without a doubt, the best nurse I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Cathy was super friendly, I felt like I could chat to her about anything. She was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. The procedure itself was swift and comfortable, the ladies were so good at keeping me calm that I really barely felt a thing. I can honestly say my appointment with Cathy and Holly was the nicest medical appointment experience I’ve ever had. I am a very anxious person ordinarily but I honestly left with a spring in my step and completely at ease. I can’t thank these ladies and the team there enough for my wonderful experience with them from start to finish.
