"Xray"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

After waiting 6 weeks for a GP referral Xray  date went to the appointment today and whilst the service from arrival at reception to the xray department was very swift (5mins) in total and both staff members were very friendly and professional it was very disappointing to learn that results will not be available to myself/GP for 4 weeks. In the meantime  still in  extreme pain with my arm and now having to wait another month to try to establish what the cause is.

Hi Sporting10

Thank you for sharing your experience.

I am glad that you have found your experience during x-ray process to be positive.

Regarding wait time for results, I have consulted with x-ray management to clarify position and will post a further response to you re: same.

I hope to respond quickly to you on this.

Best wishes

Conor
