Travelled 2 hours for a 12,30 appointment. Actually saw the consultant more than two hours later. No accidents or emergencies, just told that's how they do things. No other organisation could survive treating people like this. It's not rocket science, it's simple courtesy and efficient time-keeping. It's almost like your staff are begging to be privatised.
