"Very hit and miss"

I had to go a couple of years ago as I had likely broken my foot, falling down the stairs (as I have brittle bones), I was turned away as too busy, after my 81 year old dad had struggled, with walking sticks to help me in. Went with a, possibly broken wrist a couple of weeks ago and had amazing treatment from all the staff, but when I returned 12 days later, as advised (because the pain had got worse) the Receptionist was unfriendly, not just with me, but with another patient too. When I spoke to nurse, I was made to feel I was wasting her time!
