"Scanlons House - Hard to locate"

About: Healthharmonie Limited

(as the patient),

As mentioned by someone else it took ten minutes to work out where the door was. I walked up and down Knowle High Street. Checked google maps which suggested it was in the vicinity of the library so I knew I was roughly in the right area. Walked down the side of the library and out the back where I found Scanlon House and found a few other people looking for it too. That was visit number one which went ok and didn’t wait too long till I was seen to.

Second visit was slightly different but at least I knew where it was this time.!!

After the initial testing which didn’t take long I sat in the waiting room where two other patients were waiting. The one lady had been waiting for 40 minutes. That didn’t bode well . I could hear people in the consultation room chatting so assumed this was another patient but I assumed wrongly as 20 minutes later the lady who had been waiting 40 minutes was called in and no one came out.

Eventually I was called in for a 5 minute consultation which  had taken 1 hr and 10 minutes. You need to get your act together. I feel staff shouldn't be chatting with colleagues or patients on the phone when you have people waiting to be seen.
