"Total gratitude for such excellent care"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn, NHS Foundation Trust

I was sent to ED on 15 March 2021 by my GP extremely unwell and admitted to SAU-ELM where I received such fantastic care. I had surgery for removal of gallbladder on 19 March and returned home the next day and feel like a new woman! Thank you so much, I am very grateful for all the care that I received both from ED and Elm. Your hard work, patience and professionalism is outstanding. I will be forever grateful for all the care that I received. Thank you.

Thank you for telling us about your recent experience in our hospital. I am very pleased that you received such fantastic care during your gall bladder removal. I will share your feedback with colleagues in our Emergency Department, Elm Ward and our Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU) as I know they will appreciate it. To know that you valued their professionalism and patience will be shared with all teams. I hope you have recovered well from your surgery.

Kind regards
