"Terrible practice"

About: The Park Medical Centre

This surgery never answers the phone and when you goto the surgery in person they say that they are receiving a large amount of calls, this is a lie I called on the 12/4/21it took over 8 minutes to answer.. when they did answer, I asked them why it took so long to answer a call, I was told they have more than one call this is also a lie as they only have one number and so switch board.. when challenged they hang up because they can't handle complaints...

We are very sorry to hear that you have had this negative experience with us. I can confirm that we do have more that one phone line ringing into the surgery and are currently experiencing an extreme volume of calls. We are always looking into ways of improving the service that we offer to patients and will take on board your comments.
