"AVOID this surgery at all cost ! "

The ladies at the reception are a total joke , doesn’t really look like they know what they doing nor they love it .they are rude , they put the phone down on you , I was told “I’m a joke “ and they hang up on me on more then one occasion. My appointment iv been waiting all week for has just been cancelled the last minute and they offered me another appointment 2 weeks away , I told them how important it was to speak to the doctors as I was waiting for some result and I was told to go to the A&E . It’s almost impossible to get an appointment here the phones ring continuously and they never answer , they just not helpful at all it’s like they always try to quickly get rid of you . I saw them all gather together and talk about a elderly patient that was a bit “smelly “ laughing and look at him made him feel very uncomfortable I could see his face completely changed and he looked embarrassed,that was very disappointing . Iv been with them for about 4 years and never had a good experience yet I stayed hoping they would make changes and it just never happened and i just changed my GP now but thought I’d leave a review here before I leave . Save yourself from stress and don’t sign up with this surgery.the doctors are actually not too bad they are trying they best but I believe they have to get rid of their staff at reception because that’s what the issue is . You see everyone walking around gather for chats etc but doesn’t look like much work is being done. Absolutely disgusted with them they caused me too much stress .
