Phone line always engaged unable to get in touch, when do get through to the reception, told to either visit the walk in centre or to submit an eConsult, to then receive a text message to say eConsults are no longer being accepted!
I question if the surgery actually has enough GP's to cope with the amount of people requiring appointments? There never seems to be any appointments available, despite the pandemic!
I'm seriously considering changing surgeries for the whole family, however, I don't see why we should be inconvenienced by having to re-register to a surgery that is not within the locality, just because Chapelford surgery are unable to manage their appointment system and/or have sufficient GP's available for patients?
