About: Wycliffe Surgery

I've been going to Wycliffe surgery for about 28 years now and it's not like it used to be everything was relaxed have bit of banter with the receptionists. Now everything seems to be about pressure today's receptionist's a friendly and polite and respectful they can only give you the information that they're provided with. I was lead to believe appointment's can only be made on the day you needed one by phoning or book one online but there is never any sessions left when you look online all the appointments when you phone I've been taken. Yes it's been a a horrendous year for everyone concerned especially for the NHS hospitals and staff who are right at the front line a gold medal should be given to every one of them. But sometimes doctor's surgeries have got to take time out to ask why there patience are not happy . This is my opinion and it's not made to be offensive. If there's anything that I have learnt in the last year there is three different levels on the ladder the ones at the top the ones in the middle then there is the ones at the bottom. Everyone has the right to have their opinion and this is mine 🌈
