We have had a service user living with us for about 2 years. He is normally a happy person, but sometimes he does get upset with things. when he does, he has been known to hit out. when he does it’s the first person he sees that he targets. But it does not happen often.
We got ICATT involved after one of these incidents to see what help they could give us before it got to much for us to cope with.
We worked with Adam and Charlotte, Adam came out to see us and had a meeting with the staff, which help the staff enormously Adam was very good at answering the staff questions and talking through all ideas.
We found all the staff At ICATT extremely helpful when ever we have worked with them and can’t fault what they have done to help us.
