"You should be very proud of them all"

Dessie and I would like to thank you and your team for all their care to mum over the last few weeks.  Your staff are all amazing, very dedicated and always go beyond and above even in these difficult times.  It was unbelievable how they carried on with their duties despite the high risk to their own health.  We watched in amazement as they battled between each other to get into the ward to help their colleagues and patients.  We often heard them say "No, you went last time, I'll go this time!"  You should be very proud of them all.

I do believe Wee Betty kept them on their toes with requests for endless cups of tea but I know she did appreciate their kindness.  She often told us on the phone that "the staff are excellent, they are really good to me.  I can't complain in any way."

Once again, many thanks for all your kindness both to mum & us at such a difficult time.
