"Complacent"

Appalled by the treatment I’ve had here over the years. Duty of care has not been satisfied at all, some of the doctors can be very dismissive and patronising. Not really a pleasant experience. Unacceptable behaviour in the way some of the doctors speak to you. Very disappointing, we put our trust in health professionals to look after our best interests, but sadly that doesn’t feel acknowledged.
