"Caring and professional"

I broke my wrist and needed to have surgery for this. After A&E (which was also a great experience under the circumstances) I was referred to the trauma team and had my operation as soon as they were able to schedule me in. Throughout the process I was kept well informed, treated respectfully and given clear an consistent advice and information.

I am now recovering from surgery and whilst there are still some weeks to go to complete my treatment I wanted to say how impressed and reassured I have been. I have no doubt that the team work very hard to give patients the best possible outcomes and I’m truly thankful for their care.
