Returned a doctor call yesterday 22.3.2021 at 16.51 hrs . The receptionist that answered was so rude and abrupt . I have been with this surgery for many many yrs and have never encountered such a rude receptionist. Never even bothered to say good bye , just hung up on me . Who ever this was really needs to change her job as customer relations in this profession is vital . Extremely angry patient that was treated disrespectfully by your receptionist.
