"Above & Beyond"

I visited Dermatology early today without an appointment and in a state of panic after undergoing a procedure yesterday. I was experiencing much more pain than I had previously and was very concerned. The nurse I saw was very professional and reassuring, explaining the reasons for the increased pain, then checking and re-dressing my wound. All this before she had officially started work! You are a credit to the department and a true nursing professional. Thank you.
