"Problems"

I have 2 negative experiences. I went to the nurse for a cervical exam and was told the results would be posted to me within 3 weeks, 6 weeks later the hospital phoned me up to say I had an appointment for a biopsy to be taken. No one knew anything about it when I phoned the surgery and said a letter had defiantly been posted but I never received this and contacted the hospital directly after that for anything to do with this appointment. More recently (today 9/4/21) I phoned my surgery and was told I was number 5 in the queue. 35 mins later I’m currently number 2 in the queue and still on hold. Starting to wonder if everyone’s gone to lunch.
