For each dose, I received a text message inviting me to make an appointment for the vaccination. There was a simple to use link for appointments. There was guidance on where to park and much help once witin the building. An efficient, helpful and friendly process.

The verbal instructions such as time needed to build up antibodies, were clear and the written information very good. I was warned that I might have symptoms of flu for two days but this was not the case. I was pleased to received a Pfizer card with the dates of my vaccinations.

The whole experience was of the NHS working at its best.

Many thanks from the vaccinators, clinicians, admin staff and volunteers who are working hard to ensure that the Covid vaccinations are delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

We have been overwhelmed by the many kind, generous and positive comments and apologise that we are unable to respond to each review in a more personal and individual manner.
