For a start, good luck if you need an appointment. Stampede at 0830 when everyone tries frantically to ring for an appointment. Do not try ringing anytime in the morning as you have no chance getting through. 168 attempts this morning before getting through 50 minutes later. A&E complain when you go there in desperation but if you can never get an appointment with these GPs what options are left? Waiting 9 days for a prescription (still waiting) is not ok, this is people’s lives you are messing with. How it’s ok to leave someone suffering and in pain (keep being fobbed off by receptionists) is beyond me. Animals are treated better than this. No trust in this surgery anymore which is a sad state of affairs as it used to be a wonderful practice. No point complaining, done once and fobbed off (all done in house so not surprised by response). Correct me if I am wrong, aren’t GP surgeries supposed to help their patients and treat the sick with compassion?? This surgery leaves me stressed and upset, not great is it.
