"Worst practice "

I'm registered with this surgery last 16 years mostly not satisfied with surgery .but when this surgery came under leave vale medical group its performance is worst.i wist today very rude behaviour, first I ring to surgery and face unprofessional approach to deal the enquiry, very rude behaviour and put the phone down.,Than I personally go to the surgery, and ask to speak practice manager but not allowed, even they dont bother to listen to me.I feel disrespectful, and according to me it's the worst practice in whole bedfordshire.
