I recently attended SAU#2 for a urinary procedure. From my admission at 08. 30 to my discharge @ 19. 00 the same day, I was looked after by your team in the most professional manner. They were courteous at all times and extremely efficient in their duties. All my queries were answered in a clear and concise manner which instilled great confidence in me. I will not name them individually as they know who I am discussing. Firstly, thank you for taking the time to share your very positive experience about your recent attendance to SAU#2, I am so pleased to hear that you where treated with such professionallism by the team.

I will of course ensure that your feedback is shared with the team, who will very much appreciate your kind comments. Positive feedback from our patients is greatly valued and helps with our staffs moral. It is also important for the staff to know when they are getting things right for our patients.
