My father had a serious fall outside his home and cut his forehead and cheek.He was bleeding from the cuts.I rang the surgery and a doctor saw him within 10 minutes.She wrote a letter giving medication info for me to take to A and E in Stoke.My father can ring up in a morning and a prescription will be at the chemist by the afternoon.I cannot praise the kindness and compassion that the surgery staff demonstrated.The practice nurse checked his progress a week later.An excellent caring practice which also helped with putting my father in touch with social services and occupational health.Thankyou once again
