"Telephone appointments since lockdown"

(as the patient),

I have been having this problem with bowland road medical practice. I just can't get through in the mornings. When I do I'm then put into a queue. I have been 10th in that queue 2 or 3 occasions within minutes of each other. I have also been told repeatedly that they are updating their telephone systems. Well I'm sure it hasn't worked, if anything it seems worse. Also trying to access online is a joke. I can't  link to the surgery at all through patient access, just says doesn't recognise my details. Doesn't recognise linkage key. These are the details provided by the surgery.

I need to find out scan results but can't get anywhere. They tell us not to come to the surgery, what are we supposed to do?

We have updated our telephone system to a queuing system.We are sorry you have had trouble getting through we are extremely busy,There are other ways for access on our web page Bowland medical Practice.I your online app doesn't work we can reset it for you.We ask you not to attend the practice without being given a face to face appt from the GP to keep our staff and patients as safe as we can during this time.

Thank you for your response. My online registration details have been reset a number of times. I am aware that friends who are also patients with Bowland Road Practice have trouble registering with the online system too. Again it doesn't recognise the linkage key.

It's supposed to be an easy process unfortunately it hasn't been.
