One nice person called to give results of test, said medication is "in the post" a week later nothing, tried calling, very bored fed up individual on phone didn't really want to be doing the job best they can do a call from a health care professional next week... so the symptoms continue to get worse and no way to get hold of the antibiotics as GP washes their hands of it and apparently does not get any communication from this service anyway so wont step in which in 2021 is madness, why are these two services completely separate? I could have gone out and picked up the medication today had I been able to get some help, what do we actually pay for. Will try calling GP again now not risking infertility because of this lack lusture behaviour. doesn't bother them personally I guess so why rush.
"Not sure what they actually do"
